I honestly love Christmas and the holiday season as a whole. I love the mulled wine, decorating the tree, Christmas albums and of course the gifts. Obviously I love receiving them, but I get so much excitement out of researching and giving gifts to others. Sometimes it may seem daunting trying to get something that you know for a fact the person you’re gifting will absolutely love, so I definitely look to holiday gift guides for inspiration. I decided to put together my own holiday gift guide that will hopefully help you gift the beauty lover in your life, which also doubles as my own personal wish list 🙂

Yeluchi Gift Card ($50 – $300)
Okay so sadly this first gift is only available to my readers in NYC at the moment, but nevertheless its the perfect stocking stuffer. Yeluchi is a new and amazing company that offers hair styling services by a licensed professional in the comfort of your own home. Catering specifically to women of color, Yeluchi specializes in braided styles and weave installations — however, if you’d like something else you have the option of showing them when you book your appointment.

Dr. Jart+ Masking All The Way ($37)
Pamper that special someone with this amazing box of seven sheet masks from the fab Dr. Jart Prescriptment Collection. Each is designed to treat common skincare concerns such as dehydration and blackheads, reducing the look of sagging, dullness and enlarged pores in the skin.

Herbivore Botanicals Deluxe Bath and Body Set ($70)
Give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation with this limited edition Nordstrom exclusive holiday set by Herbivore. The chic set includes their Coco Rose Coconut Oil Body Polish, Coconut Milk Bath Soak, Pink Clay Bar Soap and Jasmine Body Oil. It may seem like somewhat of a splurge but these products together are valued at $92 normally, so it is actually a really nice deal.

BRAIDS by Shani Crowe Prints ($75 – $150)
Fellow Howard University alumni Shani Crowe debuted a beautiful photo exhibition of black women in fabulously and uniquely styled braids–that she did. Shani is really taking off these days with her amazing artwork and was most recently the hair stylist behind Solange’s stunning look on SNL. I’ve had my eye on these prints for a while and I am definitely getting one for myself — unless someone else gets one for me … hint hint.

NEST Fragrances Holiday Candle Trio Set ($60)
I absolutely adore scented candles and this set by NEST is perfect for the holidays. It features their aromatic Holiday, Birchwood Pine and Heath scents.

Antoinette Agate Tray ($56)
Display your fragrances, candles and other beauty products on this super chic vanity trey from Pottery Barn. With its polished stone paired with brass handles and feet it adds an elegant touch to your dresser.

Glossier Black Tie Set ($50)
Everyone is obsessed with Glossier — it is literally this year’s cool girl beauty brand so who wouldn’t want their products as a gift? The Glossier Black Tie Set is a limited edition gift set inclusive of four all new products from the brand. The set includes their No. 1 Pencil (eyeliner), Haloscope highlighter, ultra glassy clear Lip Gloss and their Tumblr pink nail polish.

Pacifica Mini Body Butter Collection Holiday Set ($22)
I am so in love with Pacifica’s skincare product line so I was really excited to see that they have a comprehensive holiday collection of their coveted body butters. The set includes all of my favorite body butters in miniature, travel–friendly form. They’re the perfect moisturizers and leave my skin feeling super soft and smelling delicious.

Gelish MINI On The Go LED Light ($34.99)
This is the perfect tech gift for gel polish fanatics like myself. This LED is lightweight and compact which is perfect for travel and at home gel manis. You can plug it into your computer, laptop, smartphone USB power block etc.. And you never need to replace the bulbs!
