You all know I love a strong red lip. My go-to is generally Stila’s Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Beso, but when I find other good reds I have to give them a shoutout. I recently got my hands on the LOC Vibrant Matte Lipstick ($10) in my March Birchbox and brought it along with me to Cuba. I had never previously heard of the brand LOC and was pleasantly surprised at just how pigmented the color was. It’s just the right blue-based red that I love and is super long lasting.
What I like most about this lipstick is that although it is matte, the formula is still creamy and doesn’t dry out or cake on my lips. The size is also perfect to pop into my purse, since now is the season for bags to get smaller.
