[dropcap]C[/dropcap]learly, I’m having a moment with innovative masking this week. I recently received one from the brand Yes To, that I couldn’t wait to write about. I even brought it along with me on my mini vacation this week to New Orleans because it’s perfect for detoxing on the go. The Yes To Tomatoes SnapMask ($8) is a face mask in stick form that you simply twist up and gently glide onto the skin, mess free.

SnapMask, yes to

Yes To has been a staple brand of mine for quite some time now because they’ve always had such a fun and original array of products. Not to mention, they’re so easily assessable, with a majority of their product line being available at Target.

With ingredients such as salicylic acid, charcoal and tomatoes the SnapMask is perfect for those who have breakout prone skin. In just five minutes, this mask helps to detoxify and remove the skin’s impurities, helping to prevent breakouts and clear blemishes.

Yes To, SnapMask

I love products that not only work to rectify particular beauty issues, but also make the process as seamless as possible. The SnapMask can be used on dry or damp skin, depending on your preference. Personally, when using the SnapMask I like to dampen my face with lukewarm water before applying, that way I open my pores for maximum product absorption.

SnapMask, yes to

I was a bit worried at first that the product may not be as easy to apply as it looked, but was pleased to see that it glided on seamlessly and provided a thick and even layer. That way I didn’t have to go over it more than once. I let it sit for 5-minutes to dry and take in the aroma (it smells ah-mazing by the way), and then rinse or wipe it off.

I say wipe because if you’re like me and really want a mess-free experience—Yes To has these bomb wipes specifically made for removing masks. The Yes To Cucumbers Mask Removing Wipes ($3) are made of an ultra-thick cloth material that lifts the mask from your skin without causing a mess on your sink and towel.

For those who have sensitive skin, an added bonus is that these wipes utilize a cucumber formula that helps to calm and soothe your skin as it removes the mask. Leaving you mess and redness free!
