Crystal-clear waters, meaningful conversations, unforgettable experiences, and a beautiful group of women. Our next chapter is headed to Mallorca from June 9–12, 2027. Four days sailing the west coast of Mallorca aboard a private catamaran. An intentional group of women. A slower way of thinking about what you're building next.

Bookings open September 18. Waitlist members get priority access.

The Mallorca Retreat

An introduction

The third Re-Written Retreat returns for its next chapter — this time, on the water. Four days along the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana coast aboard a private catamaran, chef-prepared meals on deck, wine tasting, life reimagined breakfast, hidden coves only reachable by boat, and three signature moments hosted by me that are designed to make the trip live on long after we dock.

Mallorca is the destination we've been quietly building toward — an island where the most beautiful coves can only be reached from the water, and where poets and artists have retreated for the better part of a century.

Three Signature Moments

A Chef’s Table At Sea

Every meal on board is prepared by our onboard chef using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — long breakfasts as the sun rises, chef-prepared lunches on deck between anchorages, dinners at anchor beneath the cliffs, and a private Mallorcan wine tasting hosted by the chef in Port de Sóller.

The Life Reimagined Breakfast

A sun-drenched morning on deck. I'll facilitate a group brainstorm using my signature framework for asking better questions about the life you're building. Each woman brings one question, one desire, or one thing she's stuck on — and the group thinks through it together.

Live Meanwhile, She Taping

Anchored at Cala Deià, we gather on deck to record a live episode of my podcast. Every woman on board becomes part of the conversation — and part of the show's history — when the episode releases to my audience of more than 100,000 women worldwide.

Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to step away.

Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to step away.

The Re-Written Retreat is what happens when you take a group of women, remove them from the pace of everyday life, and put them somewhere beautiful with the time and space to actually think.

Not to fix anything. Not to become anyone new. Just to remember who you are when you have room to breathe.

Life isn’t written once, it’s written through…

the places we explore.

the conversations that stay with us.

the people we meet.

the moments that shift our perspective.

saying yes to something new.

What You’ll Experience

Our Journey

St. Maarten

Where It All Began

Our inaugural Re-Written Retreat brought together an intimate group of women for five unforgettable days of connection, conversation, and Caribbean adventure. Together we chartered a luxury yacht, enjoyed a four-course lunch and wine tasting, soared above the island on a zipline, explored St. Maarten, and spent unhurried afternoons by the pool. Along the way, we gathered for workshops on intention setting, manifestation, and affirmations—creating space to reflect, dream, and begin rewriting the stories we tell ourselves.

Highlights

  • Private catamaran charter & long lunch on the water

  • Wine tasting

  • Ziplining across the island

  • Self-discovery workshops

  • Poolside afternoons & meaningful conversations

2023

Bali

A Journey Inward

From the lush landscapes of Ubud to the shores of Sanur, our second retreat invited women to embrace both adventure and stillness. We explored sacred temples and waterfalls, took part in a traditional water purification ceremony, cooked alongside local families, wandered vibrant markets, and experienced Bali’s rich culture. Between unforgettable excursions, we gathered for workshops on confidence, self-belief, and giving ourselves permission to pursue a fuller life.

Highlights

  • Water purification ceremony

  • Waterfalls & rice terraces

  • Sacred Monkey Forest

  • Traditional cooking class

  • Balinese food tour & sunset farewell

  • Confidence & self-belief workshops

Meet Aisha

“I created The Re-Written Retreat because some of the most meaningful shifts in my own life didn’t happen sitting at my desk. They happened when I said yes to a trip, a conversation, an unfamiliar experience, or an opportunity that expanded the way I saw myself and what was possible. I wanted to create that same kind of space for other women—not to tell them who to become, but to give them room to explore who they already are.”

Aisha Beau Frisbey is a storyteller, speaker, and the founder of The Re-Written Retreat. She is the host of Meanwhile, She, a podcast exploring womanhood, identity, ambition, and the conversations shaping modern life, and the writer behind Re-Written, her weekly newsletter where she reflects on the beauty—and messiness—of building a meaningful life in real time.

After nearly a decade in fashion public relations, Aisha left corporate America to build a career rooted in storytelling, creating content and experiences that have reached more than 100,000 women around the world. Today, she partners with leading brands, speaks nationally, and continues to build spaces where women feel inspired to live more intentionally.

The Re-Written Retreat is a natural extension of that work—a thoughtfully designed experience that brings women together through beautiful destinations, meaningful conversations, and the belief that sometimes the most important thing we can do is give ourselves permission to step away so we can return with a fresh perspective.

FAQs

Who is this retreat for?

1

Women in the middle of building something — a career, a business, a family, a version of themselves worth returning to. Our previous retreats have gathered founders, executives, creators, mothers, and women in career transition. If you're building a full life and craving space to think about what comes next, you're the right woman for this.

How involved are you on the trip? Will I get time with you?

2

Fully involved — and yes. I'm not the host who arrives for a welcome cocktail and disappears. I'm on the boat with you for all four days, at every meal, leading every signature moment, and available for one-on-one time throughout. Whether you want to talk through something you're building, ask for advice, or just sit next to someone who gets it — I'm there for that too. My time on this trip is your time.

Will I know anyone?

3

Most women arrive not knowing anyone else on the trip. That's part of the magic. Before we sail, I'll host virtual meet-ups so you can start meeting your fellow guests, and by the time we board, no one feels like a stranger. Many past retreat guests are now real friends who travel and check in with each other year-round.

What if I'm more introverted or need quiet time?

4

Every day is designed with intentional slowness — no over-scheduled itineraries, no forced group activities from morning to night. You can join every gathering or step back into your cabin, a quiet corner of the deck, or a solo swim whenever you need to. The retreat holds space for both.

What's the vibe?

Do I have to participate in every signature moment?

Warm, unhurried, and full of both laughter and intention. Not "wellness retreat with mandatory chanting" and not "girls trip with matching sashes." Somewhere richer — a small group of thoughtful women, real conversations that get loud with laughter, beautiful food, and enough quiet in between to actually hear yourself think.

No. Every retreat includes hosted workshops, gatherings, and signature experiences — but they're open invitations, not requirements. If any of them isn't for you, you're free to opt out and enjoy the trip at your own pace.
