I am so sorry for the delay in posts! Just got back from New Orleans a few days ago and I’ve been playing catch up with my life. The trip was amazing, to say the least. My mom and I had a blast – and since the weather was so great, I got to pretend it was really summer for a few days. While there, I also got to revive one of my favorite lip colors that I discovered at the end of last summer, Kat Von D’s Studded Kiss Lipstick in L.U.V. ($21)
Some of you may have seen me rocking it in my About Me page, but I haven’t really had a chance to put it to good use in recent months, since I feel it’s more of a spring / summer hue.

I really would never have thought that such a vibrant purple would actually work for everyday wear, but this one really works for my skin tone and it keeps my lips super soft.
